Our story
A cup of Shalom Coffee is more than a cup of coffee. It is the product of a sustainable and harmonious relationship between farmers, production, and consumers. It is coffee, grown in harmony.
Our handpicked and sun-dried coffee is selected from single farms and cooperatives from the best producing areas in South East Asia.
We take time to get to know the growers to understand the process and challenges they face, and work with them to make the best coffee we can.
We believe in serving high quality natural products that are fairly traded, which helps improve local people's lives.
Our people make every single cup of coffee with love, nurtured from the care that we give to the whole process, from farm to cup.
Grown in Harmory:

Sustainable coffee lives in South East Asia. A cup of Shalom coffee is a cup of harmony standing for wholeness and peace between God, mankind and nature:

- Fairly traded & locally produced
- 100% Arabica pure washed and natural coffees (no preservatives, flavours and colours)
- Flavour: Selected for quality of flavour, body, aroma, acidity, mouth feel & aftertaste
- Sustainability: Sustainable process shade-grown, hand-picked & sun-dried coffee.
- Responsibility: We re-invest in the origin & buy directly from the farm.
The art of roasting:
Coffee roasting is an expertise which requires effort, passion and attention to detail. Each lot of coffee and origin is different. And also the consumers' preferences and consumption patterns are changing over time.
For this reason, Shalom Coffee is roasted by a passionate people, who put lots of attention and care to each batch of coffee roasting.
